What these terms cover

The use of the nexta.vision website and of the free assessment and inventory journeys. Contracted use of the platform is governed by the agreement signed between the parties, which prevails over this document on anything specific.

Account and access

Access is personal. You are responsible for actions taken with your credentials and must notify us immediately if you suspect misuse. Nexta may suspend access in the face of a security risk or a breach of these terms.

What Nexta offers

A platform that organizes data, applies a declared method and preserves the evidence behind every number. The free journeys are offered as they are, and may change or be discontinued with notice.

What Nexta does not promise

This is the point that causes the most misunderstanding in the sector, and it is written down.

Nexta does not guarantee regulatory compliance. No software does. The platform organizes data, method and evidence so that your company can demonstrate what it did, but your company is the one answerable for the classification, for the content declared and for the decision taken. Third-party verification, where required, is contracted separately and carried out by an independent body.

The content is yours

The data and documents your company uploads remain its own. Nexta acquires no ownership over them and uses them only to provide the service. You can export what you uploaded, and exporting does not depend on staying with us.

Prohibited use

It is not permitted to attempt to access another client’s data, to submit unlawful content or third-party content without authorization, or to use the platform to produce a statement you know to be false.

Changes and jurisdiction

These terms may be updated; the date at the top indicates the last revision, and any material change is communicated. Brazilian law applies, with the courts of the district of Chapecó, Santa Catarina, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that the law assigns to the consumer’s domicile.
