What Nexta collects, why it collects it, who it shares it with and what you can demand at any time.
Who the controller is
Nexta is operated by Mobwe. For the data you give us when using the website and the platform, it acts as controller. For the data your company uploads to the platform about its own operation and about third parties, Nexta acts as processor: your company decides what goes in, what it is for and how long it stays.

What we collect
Three sets, and they do not mix.
- Contact data: name, email, phone, company and the message you write in a form. It comes from you, when you choose to send it.
- Account data: what is needed to create and maintain access to the platform, including access logs.
- Data your company uploads: inventories, evidence, indicators and documents. They belong to your company, and Nexta processes them on its instructions.
Why we process it
To answer what you asked for, to provide the contracted service, to meet legal and regulatory obligations and to keep the operation secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content your company uploads to train models open to third parties.
Who we share it with
With the providers needed for the service to work: hosting, email delivery and payment processing, each limited to what the function requires. With public authorities, where there is a legal obligation. Beyond that, we do not share.
There is international transfer of data. Part of the infrastructure and of the measurement tools used by the website and the platform is operated by providers with servers outside Brazil, among them Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Fonts). The transfer is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service and to measure website usage, and it relies on the grounds set out in art. 33 of the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law), including performance of a contract and consent, where applicable. Analytics cookies are only activated after you accept them in the cookie notice.
How long we keep it
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to reply and to record the interaction. Account data and company content are kept for the duration of the contract and for the applicable legal period afterwards. The specific retention period after termination is 5 years, except where law, regulation or ongoing proceedings require longer.
Your rights
The LGPD guarantees that you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing and deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent. It also guarantees withdrawal of consent at any time.

Security
Access by profile and permission, records of who accessed what, separation between clients and encrypted transport. No system is immune, which is why we also maintain an incident response procedure, with notification to the data subject and to the authority where the case requires it.
